摘  要:简要介绍了Asse轧管机和Accu Roll轧管机各自的特点和适用范围,重点对二者的性能优劣进行了对比分析。Accu Roll轧管机轧制薄壁管的速度快,轧制过程相对稳定;两种轧管机组所轧制的荒管精度都很高,但Accu Roll轧管机的导盘有时会影响荒管质量,且导盘和轧辊消耗大,更换耗时;Assel轧管机的设备重量轻,投资成本低,收回成本时间短。因此,Asse轧管机的综合性能指标优于Accu Roll轧管机。Described in the article are the respective features and application scopes of Assel pipe mill and Accu-Roll pipe mill, focusing on comparison and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two mills. Accu-Roll mill features high speed-rolling of light wall tubes with comparatively stable rolling process. Both mills are capable of producing tubes with high accuracies. However in case of Aceu-Roll mill, tube quality is sometimes weakened owing to the guide discs, and consumptions of both the disc and the roll are high, and changes of these two parts are also time-consuming. Assel mill features less total equipment weight, lower initial investment and shorter cost-earning time period. Thus it is concluded that the overall performance targets of Assel mill are better than those of Accu-Roll mill.
