摘　　要：使用HPLC测定山茱萸环烯醚萜苷中莫诺苷的含量。色谱柱为C18柱，流动相为甲醇-水（30：70），流速0．8mL／min，检测波长240nm。本方法简单、灵敏、可靠。线性范围内莫诺苷的标准曲线呈良好的线性关系，平均加样回收率为98．0％，RSD为2．5％。An HPLC method was used to determine morroniside in iridosides of Fructus corni The method was performed on a C18 column. Methanol-water （30： 70） was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min and the determination wavelength was at 240 nm. The method was simple,sensitive and reliable. The calibration curve of morroniside was in good linearity over the linear range. The average recovery was 98.0% ;RSD was 2.5%.
