摘　　要：通过对宣钢生产的硬线质量异议的分析,找出影响硬线质量的原因,通过采取稳定碳成分、降低钢中气体含量、优化连铸工艺参数提高铸坯内部质量等措施,明显提高了硬线质量,减少了质量异议的发生。Through the analysis to hard wire, this has quality objection. And find out the reasons that affect the quality of hard wire. So stabilize the content of carbon, reduce the gas content of steel, and improve the parameters of continuous process to improve the inner quality of cast. All the measures mentioned above have improved the quality of hard wire, and reduced the quality objection.
