安钢炼铁厂1号高炉炉役后期生产实践

摘　　要：安钢1号高炉(350m^3)1999年5月27日大修后点火开炉,已生产7年。进入炉役后期后,个别部位老化,斜桥变形和热风围管下垂,炉喉钢砖变形弯曲,炉皮多处变形开裂,部分冷却壁工作失常,造成炉型不规则,操作难度加大。通过采取强化管理、加强高炉操作、进行炉体维护等一系列措施,实现了高炉的连续稳定生产,防止了重大事故的发生,取得了较好的经济技术指标。Anyang steel No.1 BF（350m^3） after a overhaul in may 1999 has produced seven years, after entering the late part, individual parts was aged, slanting bridge deformed, round pipeline of sirocco drooped, the brick of of throat bending deflection, some parts of furnace shell deformation expanding, and some cooling stave work disorderly, such causing the bf profile irregular, operation difficulty, through the following measures as strengthening management, strengthening furnace operation, identity safeguard, etc. the bf achieved a stable production, prevented major accidents, achieved better economic and technical indicators.
