摘　　要：通过对影响带钢表面清洁度的各种因素进行分析,提出了提高油品的润滑性能和清洁性以及优化乳化液系统等措施,生产实际应用后轧后带钢表面清洁度得以改善,带钢表面反射率由50%提高到61%。By analyzing all kinds of factors influencing surface cleaness of strip steel, measures increasing lubrication property and cleaness of oil product and optimizing emulsion system are presented. Surface cleaness of rolled strip steel is improved after application and reflectance of strip steel surface is increased from 50% to 61%.
