摘 要:在建筑节能中,建筑玻璃门窗是一个非常薄弱而且常常较易被人忽视的重要环节,但同时也是建筑节能工作中大有潜力可挖之处。为了找出建筑窗户的能耗规律及进一步探索节能方案,利用调研测试结果,得出重庆地区典型的办公楼建筑模型及其通风空调方案,针对目前常用的22种窗户节能方案,利用清华大学建筑技术系开发的DEST软件对各方案进行建筑物全年的能耗计算。对比分析各方案的计算结果,定量分析了不同窗户节能措施对建筑能耗的影响。结合办公楼建筑的特点,提出了重庆地区该类建筑在外窗热工性能、外窗遮阳方式以及窗墙比取值等方面的具体建议。The windows energy is a weak and easy-ignoring part in the building energy saving field, but it is a potential way to save energy of building. In order to find the rule of windows energy saving and search for a better way of energy saving, the test result of investigation was taken as the evidence to find the rule of typical office buildings models and the aeration solution in Chongqing. The DEST was used to calculate 22 different windows energy saving solutions. To compare these results, the influence of different windows energy saving way on the building energy consumption was quantitively analyzed. Finally, to combine the properties of office building, some particular suggestions of windows heat performance, windows sunshine sheltering ways and the windows-to-wall ratio of these building in Chongqing were put forward.
