摘　　要：应用降膜式尿液预浓缩技术解决蒸发工段瓶颈和回收高压洗涤器调温水废热。文中阐述了采用降膜式蒸发技术的确立依据,介绍了该技术的工艺流程设计、物料平衡计算和设备能力核算,以及运行情况和使用效果。Uses falling-film urea solution pre-concentration technology to troubleshoot the bottleneck of evaporation section and recover the waste heat from HP scrubber water. This paper demonstrates the basis of using falling-film evaporation technology, presents the process flow design of this technology, feed equilibrium calculation and equipment eapacity checking, as well as its operation and operating results.
