摘　　要：针对炉顶上密封阀及下密封阀旋转液压缸故障的发生,作了系统的技术分析,找出了事故发生的根本原因,提出了合理的整改方案,实践证明取得了良好的效果。Aimed at the problems existed in the hydraulic pressure cylinder in BELL-LESS top,the technical analysis of the system is conducted,the basic reasons are discussed,the reasonable renovation programs are put forward and good results have been achieved.
