摘 要:利用传输矩阵方法,研究了不同偏振情形下,电磁波在正负折射率媒质构成的Fibonacci准周期超晶格中的传播规律。结果表明:随着入射角的增加,s偏振时的禁带有加宽趋势,但在一定角度时消失;p偏振时的禁带则始终加宽,且出现了全向带隙。还进一步研究了引入缺陷后的偏振特性,并通过将有缺陷的Fibonacci准周期超晶格重叠获得了在某一偏振下全反射而在另一偏振下全透射的良好特性。这将在微波器件和光学器件中有广泛应用。The optical transmission in the one-dimension Fibonacci supper-lattice for different polarizations is investigated by means of the transfer-matrix method. The results indicate that the forbidden band gaps for s-polarization trend to become wider with the increase of the angle of incidences and the forbidden band gaps will vanish in some angle, while the band gaps for p-polarization always become wider with the increase of the angle of incidence, and omnidirectional bandgap will appear. The optical transmission in Fibonacci supper-lattice with defects for different polarizations is also investigated. It can be concluded that if the s-polarization is total transmission, the p-polarization is total reflection, or if the p-polarization is total transmission, the s-polarization is forbidden. These characteristics will be widely used in modern microwave and optical device .
