结晶母液蒸馏套用制备对甲苯磺酸的绿色工艺研究

摘　　要：研究了用蒸馏除水的方法浓缩磺化母液,并与吸收酸混和应用于甲苯磺化制备高纯度对甲苯磺酸。蒸馏出的酸性水用于稀释磺化液结晶出对甲苯磺酸。使加入水和生成水与结晶水、物料夹带水和母液中的水能达到平衡,因而从工艺设计的源头减少废酸的污染。p - toluenesulfonic acid with high purity was prepared by sulfonation of toluene with concentrated acid and absorbed acid, which was obtained from crystal mother aqueous by distillation and absorption with SOs, respectively. The distilled water was added to the sulfonation liquid to obtain p - toluenesulfonic acid crystal. The water balance was built in the process to decrease the disposal of waste acid and pollution from the start of process design.
