摘  要:以某化工厂的甲醇废水为处理对象,在常温常压下,以二氧化氯为氧化剂,在空气和颗粒活性炭存在下进行甲醇废水的处理研究。考察pH值、ClO2/废水(体积比)、反应流速、反应温度及鼓入空气等对化学需氧量(COD)去除率的影响。确定了实验的最佳工艺条件为:混和液pH值为6.5,流速为250 mL/h,温度为25℃,ClO2/废水体积比为0.1同时鼓入空气,此时废水的COD去除率达95%以上,是一种行之有效的甲醇废水处理方法。The catalytic oxidation of wastewaters containing methanol was studied in the medium of atmosphere and active carbon. The oxidant was chlorine dioxide. The experiments were carried out at ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure. The effects of pH, ClO2/wastewater (volume ratio), velocity of flow,temperature on the COD removal were observed, and the best technics of treating wastewater with high concentration of methanol indicated that the PH value of insert wastewater was 6.5, the volume ratio of ClO2 - wastewater was 0.1, velocity of flow of reaction was about 250 ml/h, the reaction temperature was 25 ℃ with inputting air at the same time. The result showed that this method could significantly decrease COD with the removal rate being more than 95 %.
