摘 要:目的:探讨通过控制注射用水的温度,进一步改善大输液配制中整个净化环境,解决配制中实际存在的问题。方法:在多效蒸馏水机出口处增加一套冷却装置,将注射用水温度控制在适宜范围。结果:通过近半年运行观察,净化系统及环境得到了改善,灌装盖塞后的跳塞现象得以解决,同时,进一步提高输液的澄明度。结论:温度的控制,不仅便于工作的正常开展,而且降低整个运行中的成本。Objective:To improve further the whole environment of transfusion preparation by controlling the temperature of the water for injection,so as to resolve the actual existing problems.Methods:A cooling device was resettled at the exit of muhieffect distilled water machine, the temperature of water for injection was controlled to suitable scope.Results:Through the observation of the past six months ,the purification system and environment were improved, the phenomenon that the stopper was covered and then jumped voluntarily was solved, and the clarity was further enhanced.Conclusion:Controlling the temperature of water for injection is not only expedient for the normal conduct of work ,but also can low the cost of the entire operation.
