液氮冷冻治疗阴道及宫颈尖锐湿疣的操作及护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨液氮冷冻治疗阴道及宫颈尖锐湿疣的操作和护理方法。方法:对126例阴道及宫颈尖锐湿疣患者采用液氮冷冻治疗,操作时尽量一次冷冻到达病变深度,并施行相应的护理措施。结果:126例患者治愈101例(80.16%),复发25例(19.84%)。结论:液氮冷冻治疗阴道及宫颈尖锐湿疣时熟练的操作方法及采取各种有效的护理措施,能提高治愈率,减少并发症,降低复发率。Objective ：To investigate the operating and nursing methods in curing condyloma accuminatum（CA） with liquid nitrogen. Methods：Treating 126 patients with CA in vagina and cervix uteri with liquid nitrogen,the operator should reach the diseased region as far as possible once rime,meanwhile the homologous nursing interventions should be administrated.Results：The cure rate of 126 patients with CA was 80.16%（101/126）,the relapse rate was 19.84%（25/126）.Conclusion：When treating patients with CA in vagina and cervix uteri with liquid nitrogen ,the expert operating methods and effectual nursing interventions can elevate recovery rate,decrease complication, and degrade relapse rate.
