摘　　要：将地方财政科技支出项目分为技术开发与应用研究两类构建其绩效评价指标体系,通过功效系数法和模糊语意词法标准化后,由加权平均法对项目绩效综合评价。最后根据对某市财政科技支出技术开发项目问卷调查取得的相关数据,进行了实证分析。Based on fiscal expenditure for science ＆ technology project classification of technology development and application research, the author works out the performance system by weighting average, efficacy index and fuzzy words standardization. Finally this paper makes empirical analysis using data from the questionnaire on local fiscal expenditure for science ＆ technology development project in a city.
