血浆脑钠素检测在病毒性心肌炎患儿诊断中的临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆脑钠素（BNP）水平对病毒性心肌炎患儿的诊断价值。方法用酶联免疫吸附实验（ELISA）检测48例临床诊断为病毒性心肌炎、40例非心肌炎患儿及20例健康体检儿童血浆BNP浓度。结果心肌炎组BNP水平[（3．01±1．04）μg/L]显著高于非心肌炎组[（2．22±0．83）μg/L]及正常组[（2．24±0．47）μg/L]（P〈0．01）。合并心衰时BNP浓度可达4．1μg/L以上。结论病毒性心肌炎惠儿BNP水平升高，检测血浆BNP对小儿病毒性心肌炎疾病进展有一定价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide （BNP） in patients with viral myocarditis （ VMC }. Methods ELISA was used to detect BNP level in the 48 cases clinically diagnosed VMC, and 40 non VMC patients as controls and 20 normal neattny childen. Results The plasma BNP levels significantly increased in VMC group compared with those in control group[ （3.01 ± 1.04） ng/ml], and 20 normal childen [ （2.24 ±0.47 ） μg/] L（ P 〈0.01 ）. BNP was more then 4.1μg/L in VMC patients with heart failure. Conclusion BNP levels increase significantly in VMC children,which can be of great value to the progression of children VMC.
