摘　　要：选择合同价格或实际支付价格和支持成本作为输入指标,维护质量和维护工期作为输出指标,分别以输入倾向和输出倾向建立了BCC模型;比较了两种模型的评价结果,说明这对找出各决策单元中的绩效改进标杆和绩效改进的重点有利;最后给出了一个算例。The contract price or the paid price and the supporting cost are used as the input index, and both the quality and the limit time of maintenance for a project as the output index. The input BCC model and output BCC model are provided. In comparison with the two models, the evaluation result shows that it will benefit to finding out the benchmark and the key point of performance improvement in each decision unit. Finally an example is given.
