摘  要:对drop-shipping模式和传统模式(零售商制定库存决策并持有库存)进行了对比研究,研究发现尽管采用drop-shipping模式后库存风险由零售商转移到供应商,但这并不一定能够带来零售商利润的提高,还得出了零售商愿意采用drop-shipping模式的条件。即使直接采用drop-shipping模式后零售商以及整个供应链的利润都不增加,在某些条件下还是可以找到合适的混合策略使得零售商的利润上升。In this paper, drop-shipping model and traditional model (the retailer decides the inventory level and keeps the inventory) are compared. Although drop-shipping requires transfer of demand uncertainty risk from retailer to vendor, changing the supply chain system from the traditional one to drop-shipping does not necessarily lead to a higher expected payoff for retailer. Besides the conditions under which retailer will switch traditional model to drop-shipping model is found. Sometimes, even if the expected payoffs of retailer and the total supply chain are both smaller in drop-shipping channel than in the traditional channel, it is still possible for retailer to achieve higher payoffs by adopting hybrid strategy.
