摘　　要：企业物流绩效评价的关键是怎样选择或建立评价模型,以及怎样根据评价模型建立评价指标体系。在分析BSC模型、Delphi法和MMDC模型的原理基础上,分别指出了它们的优势和不足,结合企业物流绩效评价指标体系的需求,提出了EL-BDM评价模型。利用EL-BDM模型,以某企业为应用背景,建立了该企业的物流绩效评价指标体系。The key issue of enterprise logistics performance measurement is how to build measurement model and how to construct measurement metrics from the measurement model.The advantage and disadvantage of BSC model ,Delphi method and MMDC model are given after they are investigated deeply.The measurement model which is named EL-BDM is presented to guide logistics managers to construct measurement metrics based on the demanding of enterprise logistics performance measurement.Certain enterprise logistics performance measurement metrics is brought forward by using EL-BDM model.
