摘  要:本文采用人工智能技术中的产生式规则方法解决二维矩形板材排料问题,从根本上排除了由于零件种数和数量过多而产生的组合爆炸问题。在原始料板上逐级划分求解子空间,产生求解子空间树,采取深度优先搜索技术测试各节点的生长能力,利用产生式规则扩展各个节点,是本文处理排料过程的核心内容。利用这种方法,可以产生多种板材零件的排料方案,择优选取,最后将所选方案存储起来或者显示打印。By adopting the engendering rule of artificial intelligence technique this paper solved the problem of stuff arrangement for the two dimensional rectangular plate material,and it elliminated in essence the engendered combination explosion caused by the excessiveness of sort and quantity of mechanical parts.The core contents of this paper for handling the process of stuff arrangement are:a level by level division for solving the subspace,creating trees for solving the subspace,adopting the depth-first searching technique to test the groth ability at each node,and utilizing the engendering rule to develop each node.By the use of this method it is possible to ereate a lot of stuff arrangement schemes for plate material parts and an optimum selection is chosen.Finally the selected scheme is stored or printed.
