摘　　要：通过对温州市农村社区卫生服务现状的调查与分析,指出政府对社区卫生服务投入不足、相关配套政策落实不到位、服务人员素质不高和全科医学人才紧缺等问题,提出强化政府职能、加快社区卫生服务人才队伍建设、加强社区卫生服务法制化管理等建议,为建立健全温州地区城乡社区卫生服务体系提供基础性的参考。Through investigation and analysis on current situation of health service of Community and Village of Wenzhou, the essay points out that the government put insufficient effort into community health service, the relevant policies are not implemented rightly, the qualification of service personnel is not satisfying, there is an abysmal lack of general medical talent and other problems. The essay also puts forward the proposal to enhance the function of government, expedite the establishment of talent team for community health service, strengthen the law-base management of community health service, and etc, providing basic reference for establishing and completing the whole community and village public health prevention and treatment system of Wenzhou.
