摘 要:对塑料注射成形流动、保压和冷却过程中热传递行为进行计算机模拟,通过迭代求解耦合参数单元的温度值,实现注射成形流动、保压和冷却全过程的耦合迭代分析。This study analyzes the heat transfer during the filling/postfilling and cooling stages of an injection molding. In the simulation,heat exchange between melt and mold interface is treated as transient. Asymmetric temperatur e boundary condition is employed to treat non isothermal, non-Newtonian fluid flow. Non-uniform melt temperature is treated as initial conditions for cooling analysis. On the basis of the same triangle meth, an integrated simulation is realized by coupling interactively so as to match the temperature and heat flux at the mold-melt interface.
