摘  要:利用热重分析仪对玉米秸秆在以20℃/min、40℃/min的升温速率下进行了燃烧实验。对玉米秸秆的燃烧失重过程进行了分析并且得到燃烧失重特征参数。根据TG-T和DTG-T曲线,将玉米秸秆开始燃烧后的失重区分为3个部分:挥发分、固定碳剧烈失重区间和这两个区间中的缓慢失重区间。对挥发分、固定碳剧烈失重区间各自建立了相应的燃烧反应动力学方程,得到了不同温度区间的表观活化能、频率因子等燃烧动力学参数,并提出了相应的燃烧机理。The combustion experiments of cornstalk were studied at 20℃/min, 40℃/min using the thermogravimetric analysis instrument, Combustion weightless process of cornstalk was analyzed and acquired combustion weightless characteristic parameter. According to the TG-T and DTG-T curves, combustion of cornstalk was divided into three process: dramatic weightless of volatilization and fixed carbon scales, slow weightless in the middle of two scales. Combustion reaction kinetics equation was established in its scale of dramatic weightless of volatilization and fixed carbon, The kinetics parameters of cornstalk were obtained according to the different temperature scale and its combustion mechanism.
