摘 要:采用k-ε模型并结合壁面函数法,利用SIMPLE算法编程,对某具有内置式低压加热器和减温减压器的直接空冷汽轮机排汽装置的内部流场进行了三维数值模拟,得到了整个排汽装置内部流场的速度分布情况。结果表明,内置式低压加热器和减温减压器使排汽装置接颈出口流场速度分布的不均匀性加大,从而导致蒸汽在排汽装置内流动的汽阻和压损增大,最终影响到机组运行的经济性。By combining κ-ε models with the wall function calculation method and using the SIMPLE method for programming, the flow field in exhaust facility, which has a low pressure heater and pressure reducer and desuperheater in it, has been treated with three-dimensional numerical simulation and the velocity distribution of the flow field in exhaust facility is herewith obtained. Results indicate that the inserted heater and pressure reducer and desuperheater remarkably increases the non-uniformity of the flow field's velocity distribution at exhaust facility throat's outlet, which increases the steam friction loss and pressure loss of vapor flow in exhaust facility and finally seriously impairs the economical efficiency of unit operation.
