摘  要:以天然鳞片石墨为基质,85%的硫酸为插入剂,高锰酸钾为氧化剂,经氧化、插入、封闭、陈化等过程,制备出起始膨胀温度310℃、膨胀容积270mL/g的高起始膨胀温度的可膨胀石墨。研究了可膨胀石墨起始膨胀温度、膨胀容积的影响因素;得出了制备高起始膨胀温度可膨胀石墨的最佳反应条件及物料配比;提出了使用封闭剂制备可膨胀石墨的新方法,该法与传统方法相比,制品起始膨胀温度提高近50℃。This paper describes the preparation method of expandable graphite of high initiation expanded temperature. Which initiation expanded temperature is 310℃ and expanded volume is over 270mL/g. It was prepared using natural flake graphite as substrate, 85% H2SO4 as insert agent and KMnO4 as oxidizer, and the oxidized, inserted, closed and laid process were included in the preparation opration. And this paper studies the factors of influence on initiation expanded temperature and expansion volume of expandable graphite: and obtained the best conditions and compounding material of preparation. It points a new method with using close agent for preparing expandable graphite. New method advanced initiation expanded temperature almost 50℃ therewith traditional.
