摘　　要：采用分组对比的方法,分别对21只胸囊肿肉仔鸡与30只健康肉仔鸡,测定了其血液生化指标。结果表明,胸囊肿鸡血清CHO、TP和ALB含量均显著低于健康鸡(P<0.05),而血清LA含量又显著高于健康鸡(P<0.05);同时MDA含量也显著高于健康鸡(P<0.05),尽管T-AOC、T-SOD以及GSH-Px两者间不存在显著差异(P>0.05),但T-AOC、T-SOD在胸囊肿鸡表现为降低的趋势。血清T3、T4和皮质醇、K+、Na+、Cl-浓度以及pH值胸囊肿鸡与健康鸡之间均无显著的差异(P>0.05)。The blood biochemical indices of 21 broilers with breast blister and 30 healthy broilers were tested. Results showned that serum total protein （TP）,Albumin （ALB）and Cholesterin （CHO）content were significantly lower in broilers with breast blister than the healthy broilers （P〈0.05）. The serum lactic acid and MDA content were significantly higher in the broilers with breast blister than the healthy broilers（P〈0.05）. The serum T-AOC,T-SOD and GSH-Px had no significantly difference between the healthy broilers and the broilers with breast blister （P〈0.05）,but there was depressed trend of them in the broilers with breast blister. The serum T3,T4,coriaceous,K^＋,Na^＋,Cl^- content and pH were not significantly difference between the healthy broilers and the broilers with breast blister.
