摘 要:利用PCR-SSCP方法对籽鹅、皖西白鹅、浙东白鹅和狮头鹅4个地方鹅种进行了单核苷酸多态性分析,共检测到4个突变位点,即360处A/G、474处C/G、551处T/C和554处C/T,产生EE、EF和FF三种基因型。χ2检验结果表明:4个鹅种均处于Hardy-Wenberg平衡状态(P>0.05),籽鹅基因型频率的分布与浙东白鹅差异显著(P<0.05),与狮头鹅差异极显著(P<0.01),皖西白鹅基因型频率的分布与狮头鹅差异显著(P<0.05)。This study investigated single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)of growth hormone(GH)gene in 4 local goose breeds (Zi goose,Wanxi White goose,Zhedong white goose and Shitou goose)by PCR-SSCP method. 4 mutations were found among four breeds,which were 360 (A/G),474 (C/G),551 (T/C) and 554 (C/T),and there were three kinds of genotypes (EE,EF and FF). The results of Х^2 test showed that the frequencies of GH gene fit with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in 4 breeds. The genotype frequency of Zi goose showed significant difference with Zhedong white goose and Shitou goose,and the genotype frequency of Wanxi white goose was significant difference with Shitou goose.
