摘 要:通过在不同海拔(西藏:2900m,北京:100m)对藏鸡和小型鸡(对照)胚胎的血液学参数和高原胚胎血管密度的测定,分析其在藏鸡胚胎高原适应性中的作用。结果表明:高原孵化第9天藏鸡胚胎尿囊绒毛膜(CAM)血管密度系数(VDI)比小型鸡胚胎低32.23%(P<0.05),孵化第12天后两者均无显著差异(P>0.05),说明高原孵化藏鸡胚胎在CAM毛细血管上并没有表现出比小型鸡更有利于气体交换的特征。藏鸡红细胞压积在高原孵化第12和15天显著高于小型鸡(P<0.05),而红细胞计数与小型鸡无显著差异,同一时期藏鸡胚胎的红细胞平均容积(MCV)和红细胞平均血红蛋白(MCH)都比小型鸡胚胎高,而红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)藏鸡胚胎低于小型鸡胚胎。说明在高原孵化藏鸡胚胎表现出较强的适应性,可能与体积较大、血红蛋白含量较高的原始型红细胞产生较多并且存在时间较长有关。In order to study the possible reasons that the Tibetan chicken embryos adapt to the high altitude,both hematology parameter and vascular density of Chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) of Tibetan chicken and Dwarf chicken (sea-level control)embryos were incubated and determined at Tibet (2 900 m)and Beijing (100 m)respectively, The results as followed:the vascular density index (VDI) of CAM of Tibetan chicken embryos was lower 32.23% than those of Dwarf chicken (P〈0.05) at day 9 of incubation,and there were not significantly different after day 12 of incubation. It indicated that CAM of Tibetan chicken embryos in VDI hasn't significant superiority in gas exchange to that of Dwarf chicken embryos. The results of hematology parameter showed the Tibetan chicken embryos incubated at high altitude had the higher hematocrits than that of the Dwarf chicken embryos (P〈0.05) at day 12 and 15 of incubation,but the red blood cell counts were not significantly different. At same time,both the mean corpuscular volume (MCV) and the mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH) of the Tibetan chicken embryos incubated at high altitude were higher than that of the Dwarf chicken embryos. It indicated that the adaptation of Tibetan chicken embryos to the altitude might be related to the producing and maintaining longer time of the primitive red blood cell which have the bigger volume and the higher hemoglobin concentration.
