摘　　要：用纯化的天然活性物质-杨树皮类脂作为免疫增强剂制备鸡新城疫类脂灭活疫苗,对该制品的保存条件、包被状况、安全性和免疫原性进行测定,结果表明,该制品性状稳定、安全有效、接种后无不良反应,保护率达95%以上,田间试验与扩大试验表明,该制品对处于产蛋高峰期的产蛋鸡注射不影响蛋鸡产蛋率,对雏鸡进行免疫不影响其生产性能。Newcastle disease（ND） lipid inactivated vaccine was preparated by purifying native substance-poplar lipid as immunopotentiator. The results of the preservation condition and envelope state indicated that the product had stable property and was convenient to use and conservation. The examination of security and immumogenicity showed that the product was secury,efficiency and had no negative effect after injection,and the protective rate reached over 95%. Field experiment and extension test made it clear that the product didn＇t affect egg production rate of layers in peak period and production performance of chicks.
