摘 要:研究了萘系减水剂(FDN)和聚羧酸减水剂(SR3)对阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥凝结时间及抗压强度的影响,并采用XRD和SEM等测试方法分析和探讨了其作用机理。结果表明:减水剂FDN和SR3与阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥相容性良好,减水效果明显;两种减水剂对该水泥初凝时间影响不大,而终凝时间明显缩短;同时,当减水剂掺量适当时,提高了水泥的强度。The influence of FDN and SR3 on the properties of Alite-barium calcium sulphoaluminate cement, such as setting time and compressive strength of cement paste was studied. The mechanism of the water reducer was studied by means of XRD and SEM. The results showed FDN and SR3 could be used as a nice water reducer for their good compatibility with Alite-barium calcium sulphoaluminate. The influence of the two water reducer on the initial setting time were little but shortened the final setting time remarkably. The early strength of cement would be improved if the proper dosage of water reducer were added.
