摘　　要：本文将污染引入生产函数,环境质量引入效用函数,基于Rom er模型,构建了一个带有环境污染约束的内生增长模型。首先,通过求解动态最优化问题,推导出模型平衡增长路径的最优经济增长率,进而分析可持续经济增长的条件,接着,讨论了各经济、环境参数的变化对经济增长率的影响效应,并进行经济学解释。最后是综合结论与政策建议。Based Romer model, this paper, by introducing pollution into production function, environmental quality into utility function, develops sustainable endogenous growth model under the restraints of environment pollution. On the basis of the model, the paper first by employing dynamic optimization methods calculates the optimal growth rate of the balanced economic growth path, and analyzes the sufficient condition of sustainable development. Then it explores how economic and environmental variables changes affect economic growth rate. Finally, we present some conclusion and discuss policy recommendation.
