摘 要:随机选择120只荥经长毛兔,测定28、56、129、202日龄的体重和产毛量、202日龄剪毛后的体长和胸围,进行早期经济性状与产毛量的相关分析及通径分析。结果表明,56日龄、129日龄与202日龄体重间达显著正相关(P<0.05);129日龄与202日龄间产毛量达极显著正相关(P<0.01);各日龄的体重与相应日龄产毛量间相关都达极显著正相关(P<0.01);129日龄体重与202日龄产毛量达显著正相关(P<0.05)。通径分析揭示出129日龄产毛量、202日龄体重和202日龄体长是决定202日龄产毛量的主要性状。以202日龄产毛量为依变量(Y),202日龄体重(X1)、129日龄产毛量(X2)、202日龄体长(X3)为自变量,采用回归分析建立回归方程为:Y=30.147X1+0.403X2+3.624X3-74.191。120 Angora rabbits were randomly selected to determine the body weight and wool production for 28-day old, 56-day old, 129-day old and 202-day old, body length and chest measurement after sheaving for 202-day old to do the correlation and path analysis between early economic traits and wool production. The results indicated that there were significant positive correlation for 56-day, 129-day and 202-day in body weight (P〈0.05). The differences of wool production between 129-day old and 202-day old were very significant positive correlation (P〈0.01), which were the same case between body-weight and wool production in different ages. Additionally, 129-day body weight was significant positive correlation with 202-day wool production (P〈0.05). The path analysis showed that the 129-day wool production, 202-day body weight and body length were the main trait to determine the 202-day wool production. In this article, the correlations of 202-day body weight (X1), 129-day wool production (X2) and 202-day body length (X3) with 202-day old wool production (Y) were analyzed. By means of regression analysis, the regression equation was establish as follows: Y=30.147X1+0.403X2+3.624X3-74.191.
