摘 要:采用水培试验研究了渗透胁迫对不同供钾水平(0、5、10 mmol.L-1)烤烟叶片腐胺、亚精胺和精胺含量的影响。结果表明,渗透胁迫下各供钾水平处理烤烟叶片中3种多胺含量均显著增加,其中腐胺、亚精胺含量在胁迫处理24 h达到高峰,而精胺含量在18 h达到高峰;-0.2 MPa和-0.4 MPa胁迫处理3种多胺含量的变化趋势基本一致。相同供钾水平下随胁迫强度增大,3种多胺含量增加,相同胁迫强度下随供钾水平提高,多胺含量降低。在重度渗透胁迫和缺钾条件下烤烟叶片中多胺大量积累,这可能是烟草对缺钾和渗透胁迫的一种适应性反应。A water-culture experiment was conducted to study the effect of osmotic stress on contents of putrescine (Put), spermidine (Spd) and spermine (Spm) in flue-cured tobacco leaves under different supplying level of potassium. The results showed that the contents of polyamine (PA) in leaves treated with different potassium supplying level increased significantly under osmotic stress. The peak value of Put and Spd appeared at 24 h after osmotic stress treatment, while that of Spm appeared at 18 h. The changes in contents of three kinds of PA were almost the same under different osmotic stress treatments. The content of PA tended to increase with the decrease of osmotic potential, but it tended to decrease with the increase of potassium supplying level. Significant accumulations of PA were observed under heavy osmotic stress and potassium deficient treatment, which were probably the adaptive responses of tobacco to osmotic and potassium deficit stresses.
