摘 要:针对我国碳酸锰矿储量大、品位低,且难选难冶的特点,以寻求处理大量贫碳酸锰矿的绿色新工艺为目的,研究了微波加热还原含碳碳酸锰矿粉的升温性能。结果表明,含碳碳酸锰矿粉具有优良的微波加热特性,且优于无烟煤。在一定的微波加热功率、质量和配碳比的条件下,微波加热含碳碳酸锰矿粉到1000℃、1100℃、1200℃的升温速率分别为71.43℃/min、47.83℃/min、57.14℃/min。物料在微波场中的升温过程可分为3个阶段,其中第2阶段是物料吸热升温的最主要阶段,其升温速率方程可表达为:T=at+b。物料在微波场中的升温速率主要取决于物料自身对微波的吸收性,配碳比对其影响不大。The storage of manganese carbonate ore is abundant in our country,but they are the low-grade and difficult to recover and refine.Based on the treatment of manganese carbonate ore by microwave heating,the characteristics of temperature rising of manganese carbonate fines containing coal by microwave heating are researched.The results show that,manganese carbonate fines containing coal have good characteristics of microwave heating,and are better than anthracite fines.Under the situation that the certain microwave heat power,material mass and go together with a carbon ratio(C:O=1.2),the heating rate of manganese carbonate fines containing coal by microwave is 71.43℃/min,47.83℃/min,and 57.14℃/min at 1000℃,1100℃,and 1200℃,respectively.The temperature rising process of mixture in the microwave field all can be divided into three stages.The second stage is the main stage,and the relation between temperature and time is linear(T=at+b).The temperature rising rate of manganese carbonate fines containing coal in microwave field is mainly dependent upon its own characteristics and absorptive to microwave.The influence of the containing coal ratio is not very greatly.
