脱硫催化剂OTS在栲胶法煤气脱硫工艺中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了栲胶法煤气脱硫的原理及特点,针对栲胶法脱硫过程中出现的副盐增长快,纯碱消耗大,脱硫成本高等问题,采取了OTS与栲胶、五氧化二钒等配合使用的办法,减缓了副盐的增长,降低脱硫剂、催化剂、纯碱消耗太大,焦炉煤气脱硫成本降低了20.2%。The paper introduces the principle and characteristics of gas desulphurization.Against the rapid growth of secondary salt,high sodium carbonate consumption,high cost of desulphurization which occurred in the process of desulphurization,we use the way of taking OTS,combined with tannin extract,vanadium pentoxide,etc.to slow down the growth of secondary salt,reduce desulfurizer,catalyst,and too much sodium carbonate consumption.The cost is reduced 20.2%.
