摘　　要：研究家蚕雌蛾体中孕酮含量的测定方法.以0.1 mol·L-1HCl为处理液,乙醚为提取溶剂,振荡重复抽提3次,可有效提取家蚕雌蛾体中的孕酮.以90 g·L-1牛血清白蛋白Tris缓冲液为测定溶剂,采用均相竞争性放射免疫法,可精确、稳定地测定出家蚕雌蛾体中孕酮含量.本方法可用于家蚕雌蛾粉及其制品中孕酮含量的大数量样本的快速测定.Method for determining the contents of progesterone in female silkworm （Bombyx mori） moth was studied, The progesterone could be efficiently extracted out from the female silkworm moth according to following conditions： grinding the female moth powder and sifting through 80 item, using 0.1mol·L^-1 HCI as dispose solvent, ether as extract solvent, and extracting for three times. Using 90 g·L^-1 bovine serum albumin Tris buffer as determination solvent, the contents of progesterone in female silkworm moth could be exactly and stably measured by radioimmunoassay. This method could be applied in determination of progesterone in female silkworm moth powder and its products for large numbers of samples.
