摘 要:通过对0.22、0.65、1.2μm的混合纤维素膜和聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜过滤难降解印染废水的对比试验,分析了膜生物反应器处理难降解印染废水时通量下降的影响因素。结果表明,在操作压力0.2MPa、膜面流速4m/s、温度28℃的条件下,孔径为0.22μm的膜稳定通量最高,孔径为1.2μm的膜稳定通量最低;同时,在运行时间相同的条件下,聚偏氟乙烯膜的耐污染能力优于混合纤维素膜。The mixed fiber membrane and PVDF membrane with pore size of 0.22,0.65 and 1.2μm for treatment of dyeing and printing wastewater were studied through the contrast test of their respective operation characteristics, and the factors affecting the membrane flux lowering in MBR were analysed. The results showed that, under the conditions of operating pressure 0.2Pa, membrane suface flow speed 4m/s, temperature 28℃, the stable flux of the membrane with pore size 0.22 μm was the lowest; The anti-fouling ability of PVDF membrane was higher than the mixed fiber membrane when the operational conditions were the same.
