The integrated power and attitude control flywheel systems can greatly benefit the space vehicles through higher efficiency,higher specific energy and longer life, etc. In this paper, the historical and lately research on the integred power and attitude control flywheels was introduced, and the theorem and the key technique of the flywheel was analyzed.
