摘　　要：目的探讨影响台湾中医药发展的因素。方法采用文献整理与分析的方法。结果①丧权辱国的文化环境,导致台湾中医濒临灭绝;②现代文明对古代文明的冲击和影响也是巨大的,也可能导致古代文明毁灭;③社会政治制度和高层人物的喜恶对文化发展也有着不可忽视的影响。结论社会、文化造成的环境生态对台湾中医药发展产生了极大的影响。Objective To discuss the factors that affected the development of TCM in Taiwan. Methods Literature arrangement and analysis. Results （1）The cultural environment of national betrayal and humiliation resulted in the near-extinction of TCM in Taiwan; （2）The impact and influence of modem civilization on ancient civilization is enormous, also may cause the destruction of ancient civilization; （3）The cultural development is influenced by the social political system and the like and disgust of high-rise person. Conclusion The environmental ecology caused by society and culture have a significant impact on the development of TCM in Taiwan.
