摘　　要：当心肌梗死合并左束支阻滞时,心电图诊断变得困难。近半个世纪以来出现了一些针对这类患者的心电图诊断标准,现就此作一综述。In patients who present with concomitant left bundle branch block, the electrocardiographic manifestations of acute myocardial injury may be masked. During the past five decades, several electrocardiographic signs have been put forward to aid in the diagnosis of infarction in such patients. The article reviews these electrocardiographic criteria.
