摘　　要：拉西地平是脂溶性第三代二氢吡啶类钙通道阻滞剂,具有强的抗氧化活性,不论是动物实验还是临床研究均证实,拉西地平具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用,且表现出多效性。Lacidipine is a lipophilic third-generation dihydropyridine with antioxidant properties. A considerable body of experimental and clinical evidence has accumulated to support the suggestion that lacidipine have pleiotropic antiatherosclerotic effects that are independent of their hypotensive effects.
