摘　　要：创业投资作为支持中小企业成长的重要融资方式,近年来在天津得到了长足的发展。这也得益于市政府创造的良好的投资环境,以及"民营化、商业化、国际化、专业化"的发展思路。虽然创业投资在天津的发展还存在一些问题,但天津在滨海新区建设的背景下,通过适当的制度调整和激励,必将探索出一条具有中国特色的成功的发展道路。As an important way of the medium-sized and small-sized enterprises finance, in recent years, Venture Capital has got rapid progress in Tianjin .Because the government has created a fine environment, using the development thought of ＂the run by private capital,commercialization,internationalization ,professionalization＂ Though the development of venture capital still has some obstacles in Tianjin , through appropriate system adjustment and encour-agment, under the background of Tianjin BinHai new area ,we will investigate a successful development road which has Chinese characteristics .
