麝珠明目滴眼液对LASEK术后Haze形成的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨麝珠明目滴眼液对准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)后角膜上皮下雾状混浊(haze)的预防作用。方法:将98例(196眼)受术者随机分为A、B组,A组48例(96眼)术后常规用药+麝珠明目滴眼液滴眼,B组50例(100眼)常规用药。术后定期随访,观察眼部刺激症状、角膜上皮愈合时间、裸眼视力、矫正视力、屈光度、散光度、眼压及角膜haze形成情况。结果:2组眼部刺激症状和角膜上皮愈合时间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。术后1、3、6月,2组裸眼视力、矫正视力、屈光度、散光度均无显著性差异(P>0.05);A组眼压低于B组(P<0.05),haze轻于B组,等效球镜值<—9.00D组和等效球镜值≥—9.00D组,A、B组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:LASEK术后配以麝珠明目滴眼液滴眼可减轻haze的形成且有降眼压作用,对高度或超高度近视更具有意义,无毒副作用产生。OBJECTIVE： To observe the prophylaxis effect of Shezhu Mingmu eye drops on the formation of haze in patients after undergoing LASEK surgery.METHODS：98 cases（196 eyes） were randomly divided Group A and Group B：Group A （n = 48 cases/96 eyes） were treated with Shezhu Mingmu eye drops, and Group B（ n = 50 cases/100 eyes） with conventional therapy,The patients were followed regularly to observe ocular irritation symptom, corneal epithelium healing time, UCVA, BCVA,sphere（D） and cylinder（D）,intraocular pressure and the haze formation,RESULTS：There were no difference in ocular irritation symptom and corneal epithelium healing time between the two groups（P 〉0.05） ,At 1,3, and 6months, there were no difference in UCVA,BCVA,sphere（D） and cylinder（D） between two groups（P 〉0.05）;but Group A was lower than Group B in intraocular pressure（P〈0.05） and the haze in Group A was slighter than in Group B.There were statistical significance between two Groups in the isoeffect spherical 〈-9,00 D group and isoeffect spherical 〉≥-9.00 D group（P〈0.05 and P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION： The application of Shezhu Mingmu eye drops after LASEK operation could reduce the formation of haze and lower intraocular pressure,much as in patients with high myopia or ultrahigh myopia,yet without toxic effect.
