摘 要:采用亲缘关系甚远的高油酸亲本Sunoliec95R与低油酸亲本汕油162配置杂交组合(F1),并回交2代(BC1和BC2),结果表明,在花生回交种中油酸及油酸/亚油酸值均有不同程度的升高,轮回亲本中控油基因已部分转入到回交种中。选育出一批高低油酸、高低O/L值种仁,以期作为花生品质育种选配亲本的参考,为广西丰产种质拓宽与改良提供一定的理论依据。We frame the hybridization which(F1 )adopt high oleic acid and low oleic acid parents (Sunoliec95R and Shanyou162) with very distant relationship and backcrossed two generations(BC1 and BC2). The result showed that oleic and oleic/linoleic (O/L) have upward tendency. The gene of controlling fatty acid in regression parent had been partly leaded in descendant. A party of seeds of high oleic and O/L have been found, which can be act as parents when the peanuts of new high quality being bred, and offer reference in reforming fine varieties in Guangxi.
