摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸二甲胺乙酯和1-溴代十二烷为原料,吩噻嗪为阻聚剂,在50℃恒温反应20 h,合成了可聚合阳离子表面活性剂——甲基丙烯酰氧乙基十二烷基二甲基溴化铵(DMDB),用FTIR、1HNMR对其结构进行了表征,研究了其水溶液的性质。以DMDB为分散剂,用超声波粉碎法制备了超细颜料分散体系,考察了DMDB质量分数分别为0.1%、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%、1%时超细颜料分散体系的性能,结果表明,当w(DMDB)≥0.3%时,分散体系的粒径小于300 nm,Zeta电位在25 mV左右,具有较好的离心稳定性。A polymerizable cationic surfactant methacryloxyethyl-dodecyldimethylammonium bromide (DMDB) was synthesized by reaction of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and 1-bromododecane at 50℃ for 20 h. The product is characterized by FTIR and 1HNMR, and its critical micelle concentration and Krafft point were investigated. In addition, the surfactant was used as a dispersing agent to prepare ultra-fine pigment dispersions by way of ultrasonic. The properties of the dispersions were researched as the DMDB mass fractions were 0. 1% ,0. 3% ,0. 5% ,0.7% and 1%. The results show that when the surfactant mass fraction was above 0. 3% , the particle size of the dispersions would be lower than 300 nm, its Zeta potential was about 25 mV, and its centrifuging stability would be better.
