超声诊断胆囊息肉样病变及病理对照分析

摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析135例胆囊息肉样病变的声像图特征,旨在提高超声诊断准确性。方法:对135例经病理证实的胆囊息肉样病变的声像图进行对比分析。结果:胆固醇性息肉120例,炎性息肉6例,单纯性腺瘤5例,腺瘤并局部不典型增生2例,腺癌2例。超声诊断与病理诊断符合率为94.8%。结论:超声诊断简便、无痛苦、检出率高,有利于动态观查随访,是目前诊断胆囊息肉样病变的首选方法,特别是对该病早期诊断和治疗为临床提供了可靠的依据。Objective The review analysis 135 examples gallbladder polyp type pathological change acoustic image chart characteristic, is for the purpose of enhancing the ultrasound diagnosis accuracy.Methods The gallbladder polyp type pathological change acoustic image chart which confirmed after the pathology carries on the contrast analysis to 135 examples. Results Cholesterol polyp 120 examples, inflammatory polyp 6 examples, retinitis simplex adenoma 5 examples, adenoma and partially atypical proliferation 2 examples, gland cancer 2 examples.The ultrasound diagnosis and the pathological diagnosis coincidence rate is 94.8%, Conclusion The ultrasound diagnosis simple, does not have the pain, picks out rate is high, is advantageous to the dynamic inspection revisit, is at present diagnoses the gallbladder polyp type pathological change the first choice method, specially for clinical has provided the reliable basis to this sickness early time diagnosis and the treatment.
