摘 要:目的探讨防制食物中毒事件发生的对策。方法采用流行病学卫生学和实验室检测方法进行调查分析。结果累计报告病例26例。罹患率32.5%,食物粪便中检出大肠埃希菌。结论该起事件为侵袭性大肠埃希菌(EIECO29:K?)污染食物引起的食物中毒。Objective To dcvelop a strategy for dealing with similar food poisoning events by investigation into typical event from E, coli occurred in the country. Method Epidemiology, hygiene and laboratory tests were used in this food poisoning event. Results This food poisoning event was caused by the food contaminated by enteroinvasive E. coli (EIEC029: K?). The total 26 cases were reported altogether with an incidence of 32.5%. Conclusion Integrated measures including: fulfilling the ysteln for wedding and feneral feasts declaration, examination and approval; rebuilding water supply system and water closet; excution of sanitation law and inspection; improving health education etc. shouhl be taken to put an end to similar events.
