摘 要:为满足高性能实时测控系统的要求,设计由数字信号处理器和通用监控系统MCGS组成的应用于无刷直流电机(BLDCM)的数字控制系统。详细阐述了用DSP实现电机控制的原理和方法,介绍了由MCGS构成的PC机和以DSP为核心的下位机之间利用莫迪康总线(Modbus)通信协议实现串行通信的具体过程。该方案利用了DSP外设接口丰富、运算速度快及MCGS界面友好、结构简单等优点,不但实现了电机转速和电流的实时采集和分析,而且对电机控制参数进行了在线调试。实验结果表明,这种控制方法可靠、易于实现。To satisfy the demand of real-time control in brushless direct current motor (BLDCM),this paper proposes a design of a digital control system which consists of digital signal processor(DSP) and monitor and control generated system(MCGS). The principle and method of motor control using DSP is presented, and the implementation of serial communication between PC and MCGS using modicon bus (Modbus) protocol is introduced. DSP has high calculation speed and rich peripherals, and MCGS has friendly interface and simple structure, therefore the proposed scheme can not only achieve real-time collection and analysis of the motor speed and current signal, but also debug system parameter online. Feasibility and reliability of the proposed method is proved by experiment result.
