煤矿企业事故可预防性的认识及改善研究

摘　　要：对伤亡事故可预防性的认识是企业安全的关键元素之一,认识程度可以用问卷方法来测量。在煤矿企业的研究表明,用课堂讲授的方式可以在一定程度上提高一些企业员工的认识程度。通过改进培训方法、妥善安排培训次数和培训时间,有可能进一步改善认识程度,以有助于企业"零事故"目标的实现,进而降低重大事故的发生概率。A knowledge to prevent the mine injuries and deaths accidents is one of the key elements for the enterprises safety,the knowledge degree can be measured with questionnaire method. The research at the coal mine enterprises showed that, a classroom teaching method can improve the knowledge degree of some staff in some case. With the improved training method, proper scheduled training programs and training time, it is possible to further improve the knowledge degree of the enterprise staff, which could be favorable to reach a ＂zero accident＂ target for the enterprise and to reduce the major accident occurred rate.
