摘  要:为了及时诊断矿井通风机故障,提高和改善煤矿企业安全生产的水平,设计基于规则推理的矿井通风机故障诊断专家系统。系统采用JESS作为规则引擎,可以动态地管理和修改规则从而提供软件系统的柔性和适应性,采用基于规则反向推理作为正向推理的辅助手段,提高专家系统的推理效率,并实现了专家系统自学习和自完善的功能。专家系统能指导矿井通风机维修人员准确、及时发现故障的原因,避免重大生产事故的发生。In order to timely diagnose the fault of the mine fan and to increase and improve the safety production level of the coal mine enterprises, a diagnosis expert system of the mine fan fault was designed base on the rule reasoning. The JESS as the rule engine laas adopted for the expert system. The engine could be dynamically managed and the rule could be reviewed, which could provide the flexibility and adaptability of the software system. With the rule reversed reasoning as the auxiliary means of the forward reasoning, the reasoning effieieney of the expert system eould be improved and the self study and self improvement funetions of the expert system eould be made. The expert system could guide the mine fan repair personnel to accurately and timely find the reasons of the fan fault, which could eliminate the large produetion aeeident oeeurred.
