摘 要:选择具有代表性的高硫煤(山东兖州煤)为研究对象,通过深度解离(小于74μm以下),对团聚脱硫工艺参数的优化(搅拌速度、药剂用量、药剂作用时间、pH值、离心强度等参数),确定最佳的团聚脱硫工艺参数,实现微细高硫煤的深度脱硫。试验结果表明,在最佳工艺参数条件下,筛选出的团聚剂和黄铁矿抑制剂,对脱除高解离度微细粒煤中的黄铁矿硫有良好的效果,山东兖州煤在精煤产率为73.46%时,脱硫率可达62.01%。The paper had selected the typical high sulphur coal (Shandong Yanzhou coal) as the research object. With the deep disaggregation (smaller than 74 μm) and with the optimization of the aggregate desulphurization process parameters (mixing speed, agent applied quantity, agent function time, pH value, centrifugal strength and other parameter), the optimum parameters of the aggregate desulphurization process were settled down and the micro high sulphur coal have had a deep desulphurization. The research results showed that under the conditions of the optimum process parameters, the screened aggregative agent and pyrite restrain agent could have excellent resuits to remove the pyrite sulphur from the high disaggregation micro particles. When the cleaned coal production rate of Shandong Yanzhou coal reach to 73.46 %, the desulphurization rate can reach to 62.01%.
